About The Position
We are seeking a Gen AI Lead to act as a hands-on full-stack engineer. This role involves building and integrating solutions into enterprise SDLC workflows, including CI/CD pipelines, repositories, and APIs. The lead will monitor tool adoption, usage metrics, and performance to ensure continuous optimization. Responsibilities also include providing hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling support. A key aspect of this role is establishing reusable playbooks and best practices for enterprise-wide GenAI adoption, ensuring alignment with enterprise governance, security, and compliance frameworks. The lead will also identify adoption gaps and proactively drive improvements in efficiency and scalability.
