About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Lead AI Engineer to drive the development and production deployment of scalable AI and ML solutions. This role is hands-on, responsible for technical implementation and project management. The ideal candidate has successfully taken Agentic AI/GenAI systems from build to enterprise-scale production with deep expertise in cloud platforms and modern AI frameworks.

Requirements

• Python, FastAPI, and ML libraries
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, and retrieval systems.
• Vector databases, document stores, and structured logging.
• Cloud AI platforms and containerized deployments.
• SQL data pipelines and schema-driven data processing.
• Strong knowledge of LangChain for language processing.
• Advanced skills in prompt engineering for AI optimization.
• Strong hands-on experience with one or more AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Experience using CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitLab CI/GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI system design across GenAI, ML pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• Architect scalable RAG platforms integrating multiple data sources, embeddings, and vector search.
• Govern agent-based intake systems with validation, decisioning, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Define LLMOps/MLOps standards: evaluation, monitoring, drift detection, cost governance, and release management.
• Guide model selection, prompt strategies, fine-tuning, and performance optimization.
• Mentor AI engineers and provide design and code reviews.
• Partner with product owners, risk, and compliance leaders to align AI solutions.
