Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating gel coat or similar manufacturing machinery.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Technical skills daily to set up and adjust machinery for precise gel coat application, ensuring product quality and consistency.
