The GCSS-Army Supply & Property Accountability Technical Instructor serves as a subject-matter expert and instructor for GCSS-Army Unit Supply, property accountability, inventories, hand receipts, Commander supply responsibilities, and Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) support. Primary Responsibilities Teach the GCSS-Army Unit Supply Manager Course. Teach or support Commander Supply training. Train personnel on unit-level GCSS-Army supply transactions and processes. Provide technical assistance with property accountability, inventories, hand receipts, sub-hand receipts, shortages, excess, and property responsibility. Support CSDP-related SAVs and Government-led inspection activities. Provide onsite assistance to unit supply rooms, leaders, and property-accountability personnel. Provide technical guidance related to FLIPL and property-loss processes. Assist users in identifying and correcting supply and accountability deficiencies. Cross-train with Supply Operations/SSA personnel to support continuity and surge requirements. Prepare or contribute to briefings, point papers, trend reports, training records, and other required products.
