About The Position

The primary focus is to help organizations design, develop, and optimize their data infrastructure and systems. They help organizations enhance data processes, and leverage data effectively to drive business outcomes. For this role, the gross annual base salary range is $103330 to $128656 for a full-time position. This range covers base pay only; we will discuss any bonuses, incentives, and benefits during the hiring process. Your exact offer will depend on objective, job-related factors – like your experience, skills, and qualifications – in line with our fair pay principles. If a collective labour agreement applies to this role, we will share the relevant pay scale details with you. Note: We never ask about your current or past salary during our recruitment process.

Requirements

8 years of Technology Delivery Program Management Technical Project Leadership experience.
5 years delivering cloud-based Data Analytics solutions.
Hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience.
Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale data platform initiatives.
Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects across data ingestion, transformation, storage, analytics, and reporting.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data Governance, and Business stakeholders.
Strong Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Strong Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong Understanding of DevOps practices.
Strong Understanding of Data Ops practices.
Proven Ability To Manage project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and release schedules.
Proven Ability To Manage budget, scope, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
Proven Ability To Manage risks, issues, blockers, and dependency management.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release management.
Ability to lead technical discussions with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
