About The Position

This job is responsible for assisting Business Support teams by executing a range of administrative and financial functions for a specific line of business or group. Key responsibilities include maintaining databases, supporting reporting, budgeting and forecasting, coordinating review processes, and preparing presentation materials. Job expectations include serving as a point of contact for the team, executing tasks with minimal supervision, and working both independently and collaboratively across business support functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in creating business presentations on strategy, business performance, planning initiatives and other materials for senior leadership
  • Communicates and interacts with team members across various lines of business
  • Assists in execution of business governance activities including identification and management of issues and monitoring/testing of controls for the business
  • Assists with a variety of ad hoc assignments, typically with time constraints
  • Performs comprehensive client planning, competitor and financial industry benchmark research
  • Participates in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
