About The Position

Help adults living with brain injuries build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections in their communities. Community Workforce Solutions is seeking a compassionate and motivated Gateway Clubhouse Specialist to join our Brain Injury Services team. In this role, you'll partner with adults living with brain injuries in a supportive, member-driven Clubhouse environment that promotes independence, personal growth, and lasting relationships. Through relationship-building, individualized support, and engaging daily programming, you'll help members develop life skills, achieve personal goals, and participate fully in everyday life while working alongside a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education)
Ability to meet Qualified Professional (QP) requirements or work under the supervision of a Qualified Professional
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to operate agency vehicles and provide proof of insurance
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Experience working with individuals with brain injuries
Experience in a Clubhouse model or community-based rehabilitation setting
Knowledge of person-centered planning and positive behavioral support practices

Responsibilities

Build positive relationships with members while facilitating daily work units and Clubhouse activities that promote independence and personal growth.
Support members in developing vocational, social, and independent living skills.
Provide person-centered coaching and supervision during daily programming and community outings.
Manage an assigned caseload, including service planning, progress documentation, and goal tracking.
Assist with member intake, assessments, and ongoing support planning.
Coordinate services with internal staff and community partners while maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with agency and funding requirements.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming Clubhouse environment while supporting daily program operations.
Assist with quality improvement, safety initiatives, and emergency preparedness activities.
Transport members using agency vehicles while promoting awareness of brain injury services and the Clubhouse model within the community.
