About The Position

Help adults living with brain injuries build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections in their communities. Community Workforce Solutions is seeking a compassionate and motivated Gateway Clubhouse Specialist to join our Brain Injury Services team. In this role, you'll partner with adults living with brain injuries in a supportive, member-driven Clubhouse environment that promotes independence, personal growth, and lasting relationships. Through relationship-building, individualized support, and engaging daily programming, you'll help members develop life skills, achieve personal goals, and participate fully in everyday life while working alongside a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education)
  • Ability to meet Qualified Professional (QP) requirements or work under the supervision of a Qualified Professional
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to operate agency vehicles and provide proof of insurance
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with individuals with brain injuries
  • Experience in a Clubhouse model or community-based rehabilitation setting
  • Knowledge of person-centered planning and positive behavioral support practices

Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships with members while facilitating daily work units and Clubhouse activities that promote independence and personal growth.
  • Support members in developing vocational, social, and independent living skills.
  • Provide person-centered coaching and supervision during daily programming and community outings.
  • Manage an assigned caseload, including service planning, progress documentation, and goal tracking.
  • Assist with member intake, assessments, and ongoing support planning.
  • Coordinate services with internal staff and community partners while maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with agency and funding requirements.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming Clubhouse environment while supporting daily program operations.
  • Assist with quality improvement, safety initiatives, and emergency preparedness activities.
  • Transport members using agency vehicles while promoting awareness of brain injury services and the Clubhouse model within the community.
