About The Position

This role supports the Snack Food operations by daily overseeing inventory movement between the Wet and Pack locations. The Gatekeeper is responsible for ensuring all inventory transactions within their delegated department are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

• MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD AND NOT CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN HIGH SCHOOL
• Basic math skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to neatly and accurately complete paperwork
• Ability to work independently and as a team

Responsibilities

• Perform all work in a safe manner; remain constantly aware of continuous improvements(s) for safety-related opportunities.
• Verify all inventory transactions within your delegated department are accurate and completed in a timely manner by: Validating counts on materials going to and coming from the warehouse area
• Confirming the counts and transactions of items being produced on your respective lines.
• Report any major discrepancies in the inventory to your supervisor so that any issues may be taken care of quickly.
• Take an inventory of your respective area daily and match to the system. (Resolve errors where necessary).
• Review respective work orders at the end of shift to ensure accuracy of all items produced and materials used.
• Any other task or duties which may be assigned to you by your supervisor
• End of shift Scanner and Skidder meet to verify case quantity count.
