About The Position

The purpose of the Guardhouse Attendant is to monitor shipping/receiving access control and ensure the safety of all Ben E. Keith personnel to maintain a secure work environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience required
• Knowledge of safety rules required
• Ability to use and follow safety rules and guidelines
• Proficient use of PC and knowledge of Microsoft applications required
• Ability to learn and use internal software applications as needed
• Solid interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent work ethic
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Review all relevant logs and documentation to ensure daily activities are completed in a timely manner.
• Communicate with all relevant personnel to fulfill duties accurately and efficiently.
• Support appropriate security procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all BEK personnel.
• Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
