Requirements
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout shifts
Nice To Haves
- Previous security, gate guard, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the job site
- Check in and log visitors, vendors, and contractors
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Communicate professionally with site personnel and visitors
- Follow all site safety and security procedures
