About The Position
Sebring International Raceway seeks a part-time / event-based Gate Guard based in our Sebring, Florida racetrack. This position is responsible for opening the facility gates, signing people into the track and closing and securing the facility at night.
Requirements
- High school diploma and at least 3 months of experience.
- Ability to work independently in a faced paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends and work in all types of weather.
Responsibilities
- Open and close gates of the facility.
- Greet all people entering the facility and having them sign track waivers.
- Responsible for keeping people out of unauthorized areas of the facility.
- Communicate with Race Control to determine track activity and when track is in operation.
- Collect paddock fee upon entry of the gate.
