Responsible for coordinating and sampling inbound hazardous and non-hazardous materials, ensuring that all inbound materials are in accordance with facility, state and federal regulations and are properly routed for disposal. This role involves arranging and tracking shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, creating load compositions for outbound shipments, generating shipping paperwork, and coordinating shipping schedules. The position also requires identifying and resolving waste discrepancies, ensuring proper waste segregation and storage, and communicating with internal operations, disposal facilities, and drivers. Additionally, the role includes entering inbound shipments into a tracking database, ensuring timely submission of receipts for financial deadlines, and assisting with warehouse housekeeping. Leads may review and sign manifests or coordinate with vendors, transporters, and treatment facilities. Performs other related duties as assigned.
