Requirements
- CPR Certified
- Active Illinois RN license required
- At least 3 years of experience in a medical setting such as a doctor's office, hospital or long-term nursing facility.
Nice To Haves
- One year of supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Triage nurses and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor productivity metrics and staff performance
- Develop and implement new protocols to enhance efficiency
- Implement scorecards to evaluate eligibility for remote work
- Oversee staffing ratios and ensure optimal deployment of resources
- Collaborate with the triage supervisor to manage the complete workflow for biologics referral authorizations and appeals
- Assist in managing inbasket activities and call queue assignments
- Provide support and guidance to nursing staff
- Collaborate with HR to address staffing needs and handle any disciplinary actions if necessary
