About The Position

Join a highly regarded outpatient gastroenterology team at Affinity Medical Group Menasha Clinic in Menasha, Wisconsin. The team includes three physicians and four advanced practice providers and serves a growing adult patient population aged 18 and older, with an average daily volume of 12–15 patients. The role offers an established patient base, an integrated referral network, and the resources and stability of a large health system. Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, including health assessments, patient histories, diagnostic testing, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, and preventive care. Educate and counsel patients and families about preventive health, treatment options, and community resources. Collaborate with physicians to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans. The position has a predictable weekday daytime schedule with no weekends. Four full days per week may be an option. Optional outreach opportunities may involve travel one to two days per month. The clinic is part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system.

Requirements

Nurse Practitioner credential from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing, obtained before the hire or job transfer date.
Registered Nurse credential from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing, obtained before the hire or job transfer date.
Master's degree in Nursing.
No work experience required.

Nice To Haves

BLS Provider certification; American Heart Association or American Red Cross certification accepted.

Responsibilities
