Pfizer's GI Sales organization aims to improve the lives of individuals with serious gastrointestinal diseases by connecting scientific innovation with the clinicians and systems that provide care. This involves promoting Pfizer GI therapies compliantly, educating customers on appropriate use, and reducing barriers to access and workflow so that more patients can begin and continue on the correct therapy. The goal is to achieve better, more consistent patient outcomes and elevate the standard of care within the gastroenterology community. This role focuses on expanding appropriate identification, initiation, and persistence of therapies through customer engagement and access pull-through in GI practices. It also involves shaping the market through evidence-based value narratives using approved materials to support informed treatment decisions and strengthening care pathways by partnering across the matrix and with GI offices and infusion/ancillary sites to simplify treatment initiation, reimbursement navigation, and continuity of care.
