About The Position

WVU Medicine, West Virginia University Health System Medical Group (WVUHS Medical Group) is actively recruiting a Gastroenterologist at Thomas Health System in Charleston, WV and South Charleston, WV. The successful candidate will practice in the area of gastroenterology. Charleston, West Virginia’s capital city, is positioned at the confluence of the Kanawha and Elk rivers and is accessible via three major interstates. It offers a growing arts scene and is a hub for recreation and culture.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligible for state medical license.
• Board certified / eligible in gastroenterology.
• Completed an accredited internal medicine residency program.
• Completed a gastroenterology fellowship program.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
