About The Position

Abrazo Medical Group, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking a Gastroenterologist to help rebuild and expand GI access in Phoenix's rapidly growing West Valley. This is a fully employed opportunity with established referral infrastructure. The role offers autonomy to shape GI care delivery with the backing of a larger regional GI network and proven operations at a sister clinic. It is a 100% outpatient gastroenterology position with no hospital call. The position involves a balanced weekly structure of 2 clinic days and 2-3 procedure days, with procedures performed at a nearby Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Abrazo West Campus. Phone-based practice call only is required, with no in-house or overnight hospital obligations. There is high unmet demand with immediate referral volume, allowing for a full schedule quickly. Clinical collaboration and support are available from an established sister GI clinic in Gilbert.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Endoscopy trained
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Perform EGD and colonoscopy procedures.
• Perform advanced endoscopy procedures (if desired).
• Provide outpatient gastroenterology care.
• Participate in phone-based practice call only.
