About The Position

Bayview Physicians Group is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join their growing team in Suffolk, Virginia. This is an outpatient-only position located within a well-equipped medical center that features an on-site Endoscopy Suite, Ambulatory Surgery Center, and Advanced Imaging Services. The physician will provide comprehensive digestive health care in a collaborative environment, supported by advanced technology, strong clinical resources, and a dedicated care team. J1 and H1B sponsorship are available.

Responsibilities

Split time between office and Ambulatory Surgery Center (Endoscopy Suite)
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders including GERD, IBD, IBS, live disease, colorectal condition, and more
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures including: Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), Colonoscopy, Polypectomy, Biopsy
Interpret results of endoscopic, laboratory, and imaging studies
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with GI and live conditions
APP supervision
