Requirements

Work any shift and work overtime as necessary to ensure that production demands are met.
Crosstrain both within and outside the assigned production area.
Use all required personal protective equipment.
Comply with all established plant rules and policies.
Contribute in a positive manner to the work teams in the assigned work area.
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Ability to read, write, and follow directions, standard work, job breakdown sheets, and safety instructions in English.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required.

Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Perform assembly of parts and sub-assemblies within designated work cells in the plant, following established methods and sequences.
Work in designated workstation and ensure tasks are completed within the specified Takt time.
Proficiency with hand and power tools, including but not limited to wrenches, sockets, hammers, tape measures, crimpers, cutters, and steel banding
Perform brazing and soldering tasks to join metal components using gas welding equipment, ensuring strong and durable bonds according to technical specifications and safety standards.
Receives work instructions from a member of management or a team lead.
Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists
Performing quality checks and tests as well as assisting in identifying and resolving problems.
Must participate in basic problem solving, 5-S, and lean activities.
Maintain and inspect tools and equipment and escalate issues as necessary.
Basic functional knowledge of computers and ability to read and acknowledge work instructions electronically.
Effectively communicate with cross-functional departments to ensure parts are brought to the production line in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
