About The Position

This role involves demonstrating familiarity with hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tooling, accurately using precision measuring equipment (ID / OD / depth micrometers, calipers, etc.), and possessing a deep mechanical aptitude with the ability to independently comprehend complex machining or assembly drawings. The Gas Turbine Mechanic will work as a team member to follow detailed work routers for inspection and repair of units and rotating equipment while under time constraints, and provide On-Site support as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and visually inspect aero equipment
• Experience repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment
• Capability to perform testing with minimal supervision/instruction
• Familiarity with hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools
