About The Position

This position is responsible for taking stock from an l-cart or pallet and using the location codes on each box to place the stock in the correct shelf location until the assigned area is finished. The role supports store operations by stocking food and grocery products, preparing shelves for the business day, and maintaining an organized work environment. It involves overnight shifts, collaboration with leadership, and occasional customer interactions.

Requirements

• Comfort learning and using basic technology.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Ability to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
