About The Position

This entry-level team member role focuses on delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role involves a variety of retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising. The supplied description also details stocking work: keeping shelves stocked, moving products from pallets or carts to shelf locations, handling backstock and waste, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The job includes overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead, as well as required morning and weekend availability.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized and efficient way.
Ability to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
Morning and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.
Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Coordinate with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Interact with customers in a friendly and respectful manner when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
