About The Position

The Gas Station Clerk introduction describes an entry-level team member position responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude, while performing retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising. The remainder of the posting describes a Stocking Clerk role that stocks grocery products, maintains store readiness, and supports store operations, including working overnight shifts.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.
Perform retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising.
Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Interact with customers in a friendly and respectful manner when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
