About The Position

This position is responsible for the day-to-day field operation & maintenance of our mobile natural gas pressure reduction, treating and processing equipment. Equipment includes but is not limited to pressure reduction and gas conditioning skids, dehydrators, fluid separation equipment, filtration, pressure control, gas measurement equipment, distribution skids, etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years related experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry rental or electrical industry.
  • High School diploma, skilled labor certificate, or equivalent
  • The ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with other individuals, teams, customers, and stakeholders of the business, at various levels of the organization, in a business-like and professional manner is required.
  • Knowledge of reading Mechanical and Electrical drawings on assets, Process & Instrumentation Drawings, Layout drawing, Electrical One-lines, etc.
  • Ability to assume responsibility, be flexible, perform duties, and handle multiple tasks under potentially stressful and/or hazardous conditions.
  • Computer literate with the ability to utilize online forms/automation.
  • Willingness to work in exposure to extreme temperatures, wind, precipitation, in addition to working at heights.
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance and movement of equipment regarding all field gas activities.
  • Assist with the design and packaging of equipment.
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of equipment-specific procedures as well as the training of new personnel.
  • Provide daily oversight including- operating equipment per operating ranges, inspecting equipment periodically to detect malfunctions or need for repair, and performing minor maintenance on equipment.
  • Oversee all repair and maintenance scheduling and work order completion for all gas equipment.
  • Implement changes in process, continuous improvement or controls that improve the safety environment, customer service reliability and equipment service reliability.
  • Read, monitor, analyze and record various operating conditions such as pressure, temperature and communicate with field staff if any adjustments are required.
  • Comply with all safety standards, policies and procedures.
  • Assist with incident response and investigations.
  • On-time completion of all assigned training within your team
  • Promote ethical behavior in all aspects of the business and lead by example.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
