About The Position

Pioneer in Nashville is looking to add Gas Plumbers to our growing team! This role involves representing the company professionally, completing installations and repairs, communicating effectively with customers and coworkers, and maintaining a clean job site. You will also participate in training, mentor apprentices, and ensure accurate and timely paperwork.

Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License
• 3+ years of Gas Plumbing Experience
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
• Physical dexterity

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally upon arrival to inform the customer about the gas work process, planned schedule, and time onsite.
• Complete all in-home and/or commercial installations/repairs and connections
• Communicate effectively with the customer and co-workers to provide any information on questions regarding gas system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding customers expectations and productivity goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
• Participate actively in all training exercises, meetings, trade shows and retreats
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and data sheets
