About The Position

Assurance Power Systems is seeking Gas Plumbers to join their expanding team. This role involves professionally representing the company, performing in-home and/or commercial gas system installations, repairs, and connections, and effectively communicating with customers and co-workers. The successful candidate will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations and productivity goals, maintaining a clean and organized job site and truck, and actively participating in training and company events. There are also opportunities to train and mentor apprentices.

Requirements

Valid US Driver’s License
3+ years of Gas Plumbing Experience
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
Physical dexterity

Responsibilities

Represent the company professionally upon arrival to inform the customer about the gas work process, planned schedule, and time onsite.
Complete all in-home and/or commercial installations/repairs and connections
Communicate effectively with the customer and co-workers to provide any information on questions regarding gas system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding customers expectations and productivity goals.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
Participate actively in all training exercises, meetings, trade shows and retreats
Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and data sheets
