Gas Lift and Plunger Lift Sales and Service
About The Position
The Plunger Lift and Gas Lift Sales and Service Representative will be responsible for managing and servicing their assigned business area. This involves maintaining accurate inventory, supporting sales growth, providing field service and technical support to customers, and communicating operational updates to the District Manager. The role requires troubleshooting issues in the field, collaborating with internal teams and customers to find solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships. It combines technical inventory management with customer engagement and on-site support to optimize service and promote business expansion. Adherence to all safety policies and active participation in safety programs are essential.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six months to one year related experience and/or training
- Ability to sort, count, and verify numbers
- Strong computer and data entry skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and process-oriented
Responsibilities
- Keep up with and maintain adequate truck inventory
- Maintain accurate and timely billing
- Pursue sales opportunities and grow the business
- Provide the needed services to support customers as requested
- Communicate field and customer activity back to the product line managers
- Troubleshoot problems in the field
- Maintain a safe and effective work environment
- Participate in all Liberty safety policies and meetings
