Requirements

• Customer Service experience
• Boat Knowledge, including boat handling, tying up, pumping gas, and operating pump out system
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions for long periods of time
• Ability to navigate stairs, ramps, and floating docks without difficulty
• Ability to handle cash and credit card payments accurately and honestly
• Ability to follow direction and work quickly and safely at all time

Responsibilities

• Proper and prompt assistance in tying up and untying all boats.
• Filling up boats with gas and water, pumping out boat's holding tank.
• Develop a strong relationship with our customers and promote a positive image for the marina and its departments.
• Perform daily tasks as specified by Gas Dock Supervisor.
• Promote and follow all safety regulations and ensure that the facility is kept clean and all safety risks are minimized.
• Replenish consumable products on the shelf when needed making sure to properly account for them in the computer.
• Know location of fire fighting equipment and how to operate same.
• Knowledge of and ability to perform emergency procedures for any type of incident that may occur.
• Know and understand KCM Rules/Regulations and Policies/Procedures.
• Any other responsibilities/duties as assigned by the Gas Dock Supervisor or Marina Management.
• Handle entry and processing of Transient Reservations
