Gas Blending Technician
About The Position
This role requires you to blend gravimetric mixtures according to established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using analytical equipment. You will perform quality control testing on products following GMP and SOP guidelines and produce and maintain fill records accurately. Provide technical support to production and customer service teams. You will complete assigned preventative maintenance duties and compile, organize, and maintain blend standard records. Maintain analytical equipment standards and certifications. Use Gas Chromatography to analyze and certify complex liquid and gas calibrations.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and part of a team
- Able and willing to lift 50+ lbs
Nice To Haves
- Experience with gas chromatography and process gas analyzers preferred
