About The Position
North Central Co-op is seeking a Full-time Site Supervisor to join their Consumer Fuels team at the Albany Gas Bar/C-store in Edmonton, Alberta. This role is for an organization that is member-owned, sustainable, and community-focused. The successful candidate will be transferrable, flexible, and available for opening/closing shifts, with the ability to support the Management team. Co-op operates differently by working together to serve Western Canadians, delivering profits back to communities, and investing in sustainable growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years Gas Bar experience.
- Familiarity with CRS and willingness to develop and learn.
- Familiarity with customer service and working OUTSIDE in inclement weather.
- Honest and trustworthy.

Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer experience with a focus on timely, efficient and professional service.
- Provide support and guidance to the Gas Bar Attendants to increase customer experience and sales at the gas bar.
- Maintain operations as the Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager.
