About The Position

North Central Co-op is seeking a Full-time Site Supervisor to join their Consumer Fuels team at the Sunwapta Gas Bar/C-store in Edmonton, Alberta. This role is crucial for providing an excellent customer experience and supporting the Gas Bar Attendants. The Site Supervisor will act as the Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of service and sales. The organization is member-owned, sustainable, and committed to community benefit, operating numerous retail locations across Alberta.

Requirements

Minimum of two years Gas Bar experience.
Familiarity with CRS and willingness to develop and learn.
Familiarity with customer service.
Ability to work OUTSIDE in inclement weather.
Honest and trustworthy.
Results-oriented.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate to deliver solutions.
Recognition of the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
Transferable, flexible and available for opening/closing shifts.
Ability to support the Management team.

Responsibilities

Provide an excellent customer experience with a focus on timely, efficient and professional service.
Provide support and guidance to the Gas Bar Attendants to increase customer experience and sales at the gas bar.
Maintain operations as the Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager.
