About The Position

Evergreen Co-operative Association is a member-owned business dedicated to serving its members and customers by providing products and services that support individuals and communities. As a Gas Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for dispensing petroleum products, maintaining the cleanliness and image standards of the gas bar area, merchandising products, and performing general housekeeping duties. The role requires adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety practices, including wearing personal protective equipment. You will frequently transition between indoor and outdoor environments and work in various weather conditions. Requirements

• Ability to handle multiple demands at once while still providing excellent customer service
• Organizational skills and great time management
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada by way of Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or work permit

Responsibilities

• Dispensing petroleum products (gasoline, diesel, propane)
• Washing windows and lights on vehicles, checking and filling vehicle fluids as requested
• Merchandising products according to standards
• Maintaining image standards outside the store and by pump islands
• General housekeeping duties
• Adhering to all Evergreen Co-op policies and procedures
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Wearing all personal protective equipment and following all safe work practices
• Transitioning frequently between indoors and outdoors, as well as, working in all types of weather conditions
