As a Garment Hanger and Repair Associate, you'll play a vital role in preparing garments for processing, ensuring they meet quality standards, and performing minor repairs as needed. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic sewing skills and ability to perform minor garment repairs, training provided
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift garments as needed.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Familiarity with garment handling procedures and sewing skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Inspect garments for defects or damage.
- Hang garments on racks or conveyor systems for processing.
- Identify and potentially perform minor repairs on garments, such as sewing on buttons or mending seams.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the production process.
