Garment Production Associate
About The Position

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A good eye for detail to ensure quality standards.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift garments.
- Basic sewing skills for minor repairs (training provided).
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Familiarity with garment handling procedures and sewing skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Check garments for any defects or damage.
- Hang garments on racks or conveyor systems for processing.
- Perform minor repairs like sewing on buttons or fixing seams (training provided).
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Help out with other tasks as needed to keep production running smoothly.
