About The Position
Farmscape designs, installs, and maintains food-focused landscapes that are beautiful, productive, and made for outdoor living across Los Angeles & the Bay Area.
Requirements
- 1+ years of landscaping, gardening, groundskeeping, farming, or similar experience.
- Basic experience with plants, pruning, planting, watering, and landscape maintenance.
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Able to work well with a crew and communicate clearly.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Responsibilities
- Care for landscapes, gardens, and outdoor spaces at homes and businesses
- Perform regular landscaping work, including planting, pruning, weeding, watering, mulching, and cleanup
- Help care for vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and other plants
- Check plants and irrigation for common problems and let the team lead know when something needs attention
- Keep tools, vehicles, and work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Work with the crew to complete daily jobs and provide great service to our clients
- Drive between job sites and help with other landscaping and gardening tasks as needed
