About The Position

Join the Trax Farms team! This is a part-time, year-round position with approximately 24 hours per week. This is NOT a summer position. Minimum age to apply is 18. Must be able to work weekends.

Requirements

• Minimum age 18 to apply
• Must be able to work weekends
• Lifting of at least 30 lbs.
• Consistently standing 8+ hours per shift
• Must be able to reach, lift, sit, stand, kneel, and bend
• Adaptability to heat/humidity and cold temperatures
• Use of hand or power tools, ladders, and pallet jacks
• Must be able to be certified and operate a forklift
• Minimum HS Diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

• Retail sales and purchasing experience is a plus
• Previous retail leadership a plus
• Potential management opportunity
• Previous order and inventory management a plus

Responsibilities

• Creation, set-up and maintaining merchandise displays (garden, gift, patio, fountains, seasonal and holiday merchandise)
