About The Position

Join the Trax Farms team as a Garden Shop Associate! This is a full-time, year-round position with 24 hours per week. We are looking for individuals who are at least 18 years old and able to work weekends. The role involves creating, setting up, and maintaining merchandise displays for various departments including garden, gift, patio, fountains, and seasonal/holiday items. Retail sales and purchasing experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum age 18 to apply
• Must be able to work weekends
• Lifting of at least 30 lbs.
• Consistently standing 8+ hours per shift
• Must be able to reach, lift, sit, stand, kneel, and bend
• Adaptability to heat/humidity and cold temperatures
• Use of hand or power tools, ladders, and pallet jacks.
• Must be able to be certified and operate a forklift
• Must be able to follow directions
• Minimum HS Diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

• Retail sales and purchasing experience is a plus
• Previous retail management experience preferred
