About The Position
The Simply Set team has an exciting opportunity for you! Simply Set is part of a family-owned wholesale grower that specializes in a wide range of seasonal products, including annuals, perennials, and vegetables. We partner with major retailers, supplying high-volume, high-quality plant material while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Plant knowledge and hands-on experience
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Commitment to following management direction and executing client initiatives
- Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Saturday work is required
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Smartphone required
Responsibilities
- Display, merchandise, and maintain live plant products in large garden center environments.
- Train and support other associates on procedures, displays, and proper watering practices.
- Engage with customers and provide assistance as needed.
- Work across multiple store locations when required.
- Collaborate effectively with store personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain regular communication with the Team Lead and promptly report any special requests or needs.
