Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to work full time Tuesday to Saturday.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to stand, bend, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
Ability to use a smartphone or mobile device for reporting and communication.

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail merchandising, garden centers, landscaping, agriculture, or horticulture.
Experience working with Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, or other retail environments.
Knowledge of plants, turfgrass, or outdoor products.

Responsibilities

Merchandise and maintain Bethel Farms product displays.
Ensure products are watered, healthy, and presented according to company standards.
Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and associates.
Submit reports, photos, and inventory information through company systems.
Set up promotional displays and seasonal merchandising programs.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
Rotate inventory and remove damaged or unsellable products.
Execute planograms and merchandising directives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe display area.
Represent Bethel Farms professionally at all times.
