Requirements

Knowledge or willingness to learn about products and their location on the sales floor
Ability to demonstrate and set the example for Adams’ culture and values
Ability to operate Adams’ point of sale systems
Willingness to work collaboratively and communicate with a team of co-workers and managers
Exhibit enthusiasm, positivity and/or knowledge about Adams’ products and quality

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in person and over the phone
Keep shelves, displays, and all areas of the department clean, organized, and well-stocked
Monitor product quality and presentation, addressing any packaging or display issues
Unpack, price, and stock inventory accurately with correct signage, including the use of a HHT
Operate the register and assist with bagging and loading customer purchases
Maintain both indoor and outdoor spaces, including sweeping, dusting, and straightening products
Prioritize customer assistance over tasks and help create a positive shopping experience
