About The Position

Responsibilities

• Prepares special cold foods such as salads, canapés, cold show pieces and cold platters.
• Prepares ice sculptures and carved food displays for restaurants and special occasions.
• Reports to supervisor the need for equipment and food supplies.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation equipment and sanitary work conditions.
• Assists in the control of food and labor costs by eliminating waste and over production.
