About The Position
Florida Power & Light Company is seeking a Garage Lead Diesel Technician for their facility in Florida City, FL. This role is part of the Fleet Services Department and is responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of vehicles and equipment for all customer segments. The technician will provide technical solutions for complex electrical, mechanical, fluid power, or hybrid system issues.
Requirements
- Active ASE Master Certification in Medium Duty/Heavy Duty Truck
- FS Fluid Power Mobile Hydraulic Mechanic Certification
- Cummins Engine Certification OR Freightliner Truck Certification
- Valid Class A CDL with Tanker “N” Endorsement
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and reliable vehicles and equipment to all customer segments.
- Maintain a technical focus for solutions to complex problems including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, fluid powering or hybrid applications.
