About The Position
Renuity Garage, part of the Renuity family of brands, is seeking a Garage Coating Install Associate to help transform our customers’ garage floors using our industry-leading coating system. This role involves supporting the installation team in preparing surfaces, mixing materials, and applying coatings. The position offers hands-on and classroom training with a clear path to grow into a Lead Installer role. This is an opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding, hands-on career where craftsmanship and customer satisfaction are prioritized.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with basic hand tools and different hardware types
- Strong attention to detail—accuracy to the millimeter
- Organized, systematic, and solutions-oriented approach to work
- Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
- Physical ability to lift and carry products into workspaces
Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems (coatings, scraping, etc.)
- Read and interpret design drawings to match parts to proper assemblies
- Handle and transport materials safely—indoors and outdoors—in all weather conditions
- Perform surface detailing and ensure every project meets our high-quality standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammates
- Work at least two weekends per month and adapt to meet critical business needs
