Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds with assistance
- Perform repetitive tasks involving bending, kneeling, and crouching
- Physical capability to climb ladders, work on elevated surfaces, and access confined spaces
- Skilled in using hands and arms for tool handling and precise equipment operation
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on concrete for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Visual and hearing acuity to read diagnostic information and detect vehicle sounds
- Work in environments with noise, vibrations, dust, fumes, and temperature changes
- Comfortable wearing PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots for long durations
- Physically and mentally able to follow safety procedures and handle equipment safely
Responsibilities
- Custodial duties including washing, sweeping, scrubbing, and detailing buses
- Servicing bus restrooms
- Cleaning vehicle upholstery
- Maintaining shop area and exterior lot
- Moving parts within the shop (excluding coach movement)
