Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR).
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work comfortably on ladders.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and customer service abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Adaptability, accountability, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in garage door installation/repair (preferred).
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert installation, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial garage doors.
- Conduct thorough inspections and ensure repairs meet top safety and performance standards.
- Document all work—notes, photos, and diagrams—to support efficient follow-ups.
- Maintain strong communication with customers and teammates, always providing top-notch service.
- Identify customer needs and offer thoughtful, solution-driven recommendations.
- Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism at every job site.
- Continuously grow your skills and knowledge to stay sharp and industry-ready.
