Requirements

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use standard hand tools with confidence.
• Natural problem-solving skills and strong communication instincts.
• An organized, positive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must undergo background checks, drug screenings, and MVR checks.

• Experience in garage door systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and openers.
• Deliver 5-star customer service with every interaction.
• Document work with clarity, including notes, diagrams, and photos.
• Inspect and guarantee all work meets the highest safety standards and company expectations.
• Recommend helpful upgrades and services to customers.
• Collaborate with teammates and coordinate using tools like ServiceTitan.
