Requirements

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude—experience with sectional, rolling steel, fire doors, high-speed doors, or dock equipment is a plus.
• Comfortable lifting 75+ lbs, climbing ladders, and using hand tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and adapt to different situations.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is a bonus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair garage doors, openers, and related equipment.
• Conduct detailed inspections and ensure all work meets top safety and quality standards.
• Keep accurate records of work, including notes, diagrams, and photos.
• Maintain a professional, customer-first attitude—always looking for solutions and opportunities to go above and beyond.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-train to strengthen the team.
• Stay safety-focused, following OSHA best practices at all times.
