Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, use hand tools, and safely work on ladders
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence with technical problem solving
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues, solve problems on the spot, and ensure seamless job completion
- Keep a clean and organized workspace in customer homes and on job sites
- Accurately document work through notes, photos, and digital work orders
- Proactively identify opportunities to recommend upgrades or additional services
- Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Contribute to a professional, respectful, and team-first environment
