Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work with hand/power tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Perform garage door repairs, installations, and troubleshooting with a high standard of quality.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-driven mindset.
- Maintain accurate and clear documentation of all work performed.
- Follow safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and our customers.
- Ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, including upselling when beneficial.
