About The Position

ALH is looking for an authentic, high-energy Gaming Attendant to join the family at the Doncaster Hotel. This is a role for night owls who thrive in the "graveyard" hours and take pride in running a seamless late-night operation. ALH owns and operates more pubs than anyone, serving as the cornerstone of over 350 Australian communities.

Requirements

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and are happy to work overnight Gaming shifts
• You hold current industry RSA, RCG and Gaming Licence qualifications
• Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
• Candidates will be required to complete Employee Due Diligence checks which may include a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centered around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
